am so excited to share my original recipe with you👩🍳 I had no specific meal in mind yesterday – I opened the fridge and decided to “scramble” a low carb protein dinner – perfect after my hour and a half long workout.
Low Carb Protein Dinner – Tsvety’s Original Omelette

It looks like Keto Pizza. I added a little twist and decided to use my imagination – the final result was a low carb protein omelette. It took me about 40 minutes to prepare. Healthy, quick and easy! What more can you want

- In a medium to high heat pan pour some vegetable oil and melt half of the butter. Fry the chopped onions, spring onions and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Stir occasionally and leave to cook until brown – about 7-10 minutes. Chop the sausages in small bite size pieces.
- Place into the mix and cook until the meat is ready (depending on whether they are beef or pork sausages it can vary between 10-15 minutes)
- Season with 1 table spoon of sage. Add 2 tablespoons of English mustard. Optional – if you’d like you can add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Lower the temperature and stir occasionally. Let it cook for another 5 minutes
- In the meantime, pre-heat the oven to 200C.Beat the eggs in a bowl. Pour them in a round tray. Pour the veggies and the sausages into the round tray. Spread well. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Bake for 15 minutes at 200C
