I am not a big fan of working from home but if I had to look for the silver lining (food-wise), I’d say being able to prepare my own lunch without queuing or waiting for 30 minutes is at the top of my list.
With everything being virtual at the moment, it can be quite difficult to have proper breaks in between work meetings. I like quick and easy recipes during the week and especially during lunch time. Today I am going to prepare my lunch meal in under 10 minutes. Pretty impressive 🤩
I am having king prawns with garlic granules and lemon juice 😋 Quick, simple and full of protein – what more can you ask for?

Only four ingredients:
- Butter 🧈
- King prawns 🦐
- Garlic granules 🧄
- Lemon juice 🍋
Melt the butter at a high temperature, place the prawns, and season with garlic granules. Stir for a couple of minutes until they get a golden colour and add the lemon juice in the end. Et voilà! 🌟
