I had prepared Pรฃo de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) a while back and I thought why don’t I try to make cheese bread with no flour? ๐Ÿคจ

It consists of only 4 ingredients and it took me exactly 25 minutes to prepare and bake it ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ I look forward to hearing your comments about this quick and easy low carb cheese “bread”.

Quick and Easy Low Carb Cheese Bread

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C (fan). In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs and sprinkle generously with dried oregano
  2. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place a layer of non stick baking paper on a baking tray
  3. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking tray over a grease proof baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
  4. After you take it out of the oven, let it rest for about 5 minutes and cut the cheese “bread” into 9-12 pieces
  5. Let it cool don on the side until it gets thicker
