When I posted the first Keto Pizza 🍕 recipe, I had no idea it would be that popular 🤩. Due to increased demand I am posting another keto pizza recipe – slightly tweaked, with more pepperoni/chorizo 🍕 and a little twist 😋
The great thing about pizza is that you can pretty much add any toppings you like, so if you’re not a big fan of some of the below ingredients, feel free to swap them 😊 It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare and it is a healthier version of this popular meal.

Ingredients 📝:
- 6 free range eggs 🥚
- 60 slices of pepperoni or chorizo
- fresh basil 🌿
- tomato 🍅 passata – about 250 ml
- 2 tablespoons tomato 🍅 paste
- 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
- 200 g of mini Mozzarella balls
- 4-5 minced garlic cloves 🧄
- vegetable oil
- salt 🧂
- pepper
- oregano
Method 👩🍳:
- Pour the tomato pasta in a medium heated pan
- Add the minced garlic and season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano
- Add the tomato paste for consistency




- Stir occasionally. Once it is warm (NOT boiled) remove from the hob
- In the meantime, beat the 6 eggs in a bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C
- Pour the eggs in a pre-heated pan (medium temperature)




- Once the eggs are cooked but still runny in the middle, remove from the hob


- Pour the tomato sauce on top
- Arrange the pepperoni/chorizo slices
- Add the mozzarella balls and season with oregano



- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked
- Take the pan out of the oven and add Parmesan cheese 🧀 on top and basil 🌿
